Very complicated app as you can expect, but the customer support is top tier, clear communication, everyone I have spoken to seems to know exactly how to resolve issues, much better than other app support than I am used to. Joshua was particularly great.

While I have found this a little challenging to use, as soon as I reach out for help the support is great! Clear information and instructions that solve my problem AND improve my skills at the same time.

Starts okay for your business. Now completely unusable. It lists your items and then removes them reducing the price to zero. Very recent bugs and massive performance issues. If you're a early stage business this is a fine start point but if you have a inventory over 200 items and plan to list on other marketplaces, I highly recommend looking for a more polished tool - I'll be moving soon.

Doesn't work for Target. And the shopify support staff is even less capable than the application itself. I would love to know who is giving it 5 stars.

I don't pretend to know anything much about coding, but all I know is we used this app for years, and while clunky, it at least worked. That stopped about a month ago when their integration with Ebay stopped working. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Sync does not work. Screws up prices and inventory - your two most important data points. Oh, it also chokes trying to upload images. Cost me a lot of money in mistakes. Support tries, but is not helpful. Look elsewhere.
