It's kinda lame that Shopify couldn't have put more attention towards the only subscription service that is offered outside of the many other expensive options I examined. its impossible for customers to cancel a subscription through this app. if you are doing large numbers of subscriptions this would be SUPER CHALLENGING! For my small business the free part outweighs the inconvenience of the customer needing to email me to cancel vs doing it themselves.
