They offer no support- I mean zero. They don't offer chat support. They don't offer email support. They don't even have docs that you can access anymore (they used to). I think this app is going or gone out of business.

Promising app, lots of customisation but failed to send any reviews to customers despite trying numerous things suggested by the AI assistant - re syncing, reinstlaling app etc. Nothing worked and my request for human support was deflected to help docs. Will have to try another app instead.
