We’ve had on-and-off tracking problems (two shops) for a long time. Previously every time we contact them, support just manually fixes the 50+ broken orders for the moment, but the problem comes back again soon after. - Update: We finally received a thorough review of the app, and it is now functioning flawlessly. It's a great app; I just wish we had gotten the help sooner.

So far, so good. We've encountered some syncing issues, and it took a while to identify and resolve the problem, but the team successfully fixed it. All is well now, and it's a good app. With everything functioning properly, the app definitely deserves 5 stars.

Sep 2026: Was offered a 30 day free trial for switching to Parcel Panel now CWILL. Was charged in advance for 30 days which was not refunded nor is CWILL recognising the advance amount paid. Be careful when switching to CWILL. They state they are the same team but once payment is done, they refuse to acknowledge. Charged in full inspite of FREE OFFER period of 30 days. Not working properly. For many orders it's just not showing any tracking updates, although these updates are properly showing on all other tracking apps (like 17track.net). Customer service is dismissive. I'm paying for an app that's not working, but they maintain that they can't refund me because "the app is working". In the meantime I'm getting emails from customers saying that our tracking page...

The support team is useless; they don’t solve problems. I’ve sent an email and added someone from support, but I’ve been waiting for days without a solution.

Incompetent support, the tracking tool sends delivery notification emails to my customers for orders that have not yet been shipped (apparently a postal code tracking issue). Customer service is unable to resolve this problem. I strongly advise against this application, especially if you are shipping your packages through French carriers (Mondial Relay, for example).

he app works well in theory, but we’re giving it 2 stars because the synchronization times are honestly unacceptable. USPS, DHL, and other carriers often take over 48 hours to update inside TrackingMore, which creates a terrible customer experience. This tool is useless. Orders don't update automatically, order status gets stuck all the time. And customer service is worhless, feels like you're talking to a bot that gives standard useless answers all the time.
