AWFULL APP FUNCTIONS DIDNT WORK CORRECTLY AND WE HAVE TO REFUND CUSTOMERS CAUSE APP SEND DIRECT TRACKING PAGE OF OUR SUPPLIERS TO CUSTOMERS

This is not a modern app at all! In the highly competitive e-commerce world we live in today, an app needs to be flexible and adaptable. This app feels very rigid and old-school. You can’t even add a simple welcome message to the tracking page. For an e-commerce business, that level of limitation is simply not acceptable.

Unable to get a refund for a paid plan days after it was taking out of my account. Speaking to customer service and they are not helpful at all, I know this is against Shopifys policy so the only way to get the money back is to uninstall the app completely which is what I think I am going to have to do.

Für kleine Shops lohnt sich ein Abo aber nicht, bzw. ist zu teuer, weil man keine 200 credits im Monat benötigt, sondern vielleicht nur 80 oder mal 120. Worked for a while. Then it stopped interfacing with the backend of our store. It does not link the tracking number into the backend of Shopify. And when I reached out to their tech support they were befuddled. So I found another app. My recommendation... look elsewhere for a tracking app.
