Talkom AI Assistant & Search

It’s a cool app and the team has been extremely helpful. Great support, great product. We ended up turning on all of it: the AI Assistant, AI Search Mode, and the Q&A widget on our product pages. Whenever we run into any kind of issue, the support team is incredibly quick to find a solution. We’ve also noticed that our customers really enjoy using the AI Search — they actually interact with it, as...

We’ve been using Talkom in four of our markets (in 4 domains), and it makes localization very easy. Most of the translation and currency setup is automated, so there’s very little to manage. The Talkom team also helped us add our custom GPT, which creates personalized running fueling plans for our customers. The AI is relatively easy to train for very specific needs, even in our specialized produ...

I've installed this app on our second store and have been really satisfied with it. It helps customers find the right products, and the AI-generated Q&A on the product pages give customers more confidence before buying. The team has also been great with getting everything set up.

Great app and an amazing team! Super responsive, helpful, and always open to feedback. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and provided excellent support. Highly recommended!

The AI assistant is useful, our customers love it. Setup was easy and well managed by the Talkom team. It adds real value to the store, as our human conversations dropped by 60% compared to the previous period. The AI assistant follows our instructions quite well, so we can customize it to fit our tone, and our product offerings better. If it cannot solve a problem (which is rare) it hands over th...

We switched from another AI chat solution to Talkom, and it's been a great experience. It works seamlessly across our three Shopify Markets, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. We're really happy with the switch.

Great app that assists my customers with searching for and finding suitable phone cases and prints in my store. Good comms from the developer and speedy fixes to requests made.

Great app, adds real value to the store. Sets itself up with your store data, and it's easy to analyze the conversations and fine-tune how it answers users. Shoppers can just ask what they need and get a proper answer instead of digging through pages or collections. Covers product search and recommendations, shipping, refunds, order status - the things people actually ask about. Team is helpful an...

In the skincare business, helping customers find the right product for their problem is everything. Talkom does this really well, especially in our niche category. The team was also very supportive and helped us set up the AI properly.

We added Talkom to improve product discovery in our store. Instead of using a traditional search bar, customers can describe what they’re looking for and get product recommendations and useful information through a conversation. The AI answers questions about products, orders, policies, and other store information based on our content. Setup was straightforward and the Shopify integration worked s...

It was so easy to set up and feels Shopify native and not overcomplicated. A surprising number of visitors use and got information from the AI chat, which gives really really well articulated answers in any language. Bravo!

Talkom has been a great help for our store in guiding customers and supporting product selection. It responds in a natural, friendly tone, handles questions smoothly, and significantly reduces the day-to-day support load. The Shopify integration was straightforward, the setup was quick, and we started seeing value almost immediately. Our webshop visitors genuinely enjoy using it, they find the to...

I have been using Talkom AI on my webshop, kbeautyforyou.hu, for just two days, but my first impressions are overwhelmingly positive. Even in this short time, it has been a huge help in freeing up our customer service team. It handles basic inquiries perfectly, effectively substituting for a human colleague when it comes to standard questions. What I really appreciate is how capable it is with p...
