By a long way the most responsive, diligent and amazing developer we have dealt with on Shopify. Our store processes millions of pounds of orders and as such we have worked with a wide variety of developers on Shopify. None come close to WebToffee, developers of Store Robo! The service they have provided over the past week has been exceptional. Yes there have been a few bugs with the product, but...

StoreRobo is exactly what i needed. Simply solution to import tracking into Shopify. Mark and the Support Team are excellent! Worked through a small issue over a weekend with constant communication and had me back up and running quickly. Highly recommend StoreRobo!

Amazing service that allows me to quickly import all of my store's discount codes. Perfect for anyone who isn't as technical because the customer service is phenomenal with technical support. Shoutout to Mark for all of his help!

Worst App Ever. Wasted hours trying to bulk import Discount Codes. I then switched to SaleX: Bulk Discount Generator and had my codes imported within 10 minutes.

It provides all the functionality of Import/export but importing takes hours and some times days too. I was just updating single metafield of 4000 products(not variants), and it took more than 5 hours.

This didn't work for me. It didn't pick up the majority of my customers/previous orders to import into shopify so was no use to me. I paid for the basic package and then emailed support when it didn't work. I asked for a refund which they said they would process but I am yet to be refunded. I only had it installed for a couple of days. Please refund as promised

We wanted to test importing a CSV file from an FTP server. During setup, we selected FTP as the source—boom, requires a premium subscription (€10/month). Fine, we activated it. Then we added the source—boom again, it's a custom CSV, so now it's €20/month. No trial period, no chance to test before paying. This kind of pricing model feels deceptive and frustrating. If you're considering this app, b...

Import / Export von Preisen über eine CSV Datei wird überhaupt nicht unterstützt obwohl das Pro Abo gebucht wurde für 20€ Somit leider nicht zu gebrauchen.

The response time from the support team in India is excessively long. Every day, valuable time is wasted on a single sentence, with constant back and forth replies. It would be greatly appreciated if you could align with the U.S. time zone to ensure that your customers do not have to wait an entire day for an unhelpful reply. It has been a whole week since we installed your app, and yet you have n...
