Fantastic tool backed by an even better support team. I've been using Altera for a catalog restructuring project (splitting and relinking product options to metaobjects across hundreds of products). The app itself handles bulk operations that would otherwise take forever manually. What really stood out was the support. The app does what it promises, but it's disappointing that merchants have to pay an extra $15 for functionality that Shopify itself should provide out of the box. Exporting store data is a basic administrative feature and shouldn't require a paid third-party app.

The app is overall good, but they do not support in displaying the 'Cost per item' field which is very basic when exporting Orders. I contacted them regarding this issue a few months ago, but they did not get back with an update.

Allows download and upload of data via command line and therefore automation. Great app! (it would be nice to see the filename of the Job, and a copy job function to ease transfer from Dev to Live, but that is just me being picky)
