ShopGeist adds an AI chat assistant to your storefront so shoppers get answers the moment they ask, without waiting for support. It reads your products, pages, and store policies and uses them to answer questions about availability, shipping, returns, and product details in the shopper's language. You set the bot name, accent color, welcome message, and widget position to match your store. Merchants can review every conversation in the dashboard to learn what shoppers are asking for.
