It answers customers on live chat, email (Gmail or Outlook), WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger from one shared inbox, using your live order data and a knowledge base built from your website. When a customer asks for a change, it can update the shipping address, swap or remove items, cancel the order or create a return, after verifying them by email code. Anything it should not handle goes to your team.
