Application un peu fastidieuse à comprendre et mettre en place lors d'une migration WP vers Shopify, ayant déjà un compte Brevo. Pas évident de comprendre la logique et l'intérêt de PushOwl. Malgré une confusion de ma part, Harish de l'équipe a cependant été très réactif et a rapidement solutionné le problème, en prenant le temps et le soin d'expliquer ce que je n'ai pas compris.

Brevo and PushOwl is so confusing. It creates 2 accounts. Doesn't seem like Brevo team cares because now I'm seeing so many people leaving the same review. Also email sign up form is awful. Completely useless for email marketing unless you spam your customers. Brevo is pushing "performance indicators". If your marketing strategy is not to spam your customers every day, but instead only write when there's something relevant happening (eg. every 3 months), you will fail these thresholds and your account will instantly be locked. We were struggling to get the service set up and running. Brevo's customer service rep Reese refused to set up a 30 minute orientation call. Apparently we don't have a high enough subscription package. Don't be fooled. Doesn't work if you use a different email address for Brevo and Shopify. It'll create a second Brevo account. This is a known bug but they haven't patched it. No self closure for the erroneously created second Brevo account, so you'll have work with different support teams.
