Your customers submit returns through a portal in your branding. DHL labels and QR codes are created automatically and sent via email. Labels can be issued instantly or after manual approval. After receiving the goods: accept or decline the return. Exchanges: same variants or freely configurable products. Equal-price exchanges automatically create a new order. Automatic refunds via the Shopify Refund API. Block specific countries. Dashboard with analytics. Supports Shopify Flow.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App. Sie funktoniert gut, alles sieht schön aus und man kann einiges einstellen. Ich hatte erstmal Probleme den Footer einzustellen (problem meinerseits), aber der Support hat sehr zügig geholfen. Kostet erstmal nichts, also kann ich es jedem empfehlen MFG

Die Oberfläche ist übersichtlich gestaltet, sodass man sich schnell zurechtfindet und alles ohne großen Aufwand einstellen kann. Außerdem gibt es einige Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, was die ganze Sache ganz gut auf deinen Shop anpassen lässt. Insgesamt eine sehr solide App. Ich bereue den Wechsel zu diesem Anbieter auf jeden Fall nicht. Perfekt für Einsteiger
