Hulk Order Status Tracker gives customers a branded tracking page from Order Placed to Delivered across 1,300+ carriers. They look up orders by email, ID or tracking number, with no login. Send delivery updates by email, SMS and Klaviyo, and show estimated delivery dates. Add AI product upsells, custom statuses, carrier masking and region blocking. Works with Shopify Flow, DSers and CJ Dropshipping. After the holiday season, show related products to customers checking their orders.

Honestly for the price i would stay away. So many apps that are better than this. It works but as soon as you start doing volume you will run into continuous issues and support will fix it momentarily and it will become a habit where every week you have to contact them to just fix it again with no explanation on why its breaking. I used this app for 6 months. Don't bother....

This app was not working, and support is catastrophic. We used the Rush app before, which was working reliable. Now Hulk aquired the app as they wrote, and from there on the problems just started. They promised to make a smoth tranisition to their app, and after an onboarding call simply nothing happened fro almost a wekk despite they having an activated collaborator account, which they asked for....

So far so good. It's only a few days since I have downloaded the app. Support has been really good - Shruti connected with me to see if I needed any help with the installation and followed up whenever required. It won't be up and running in a day, if that is what you are looking for. It takes some time to get everything sorted, but as long as the customer care team is on standby, it's all good....

Been waiting well over 6 motnhs now for this app to be fixed. Worked great when it was free, now its expensive and does not work. Only generates customer complaints and further issues. DO NOT USE THIS APP or even waste your time trying. SUpport is non existant, it does not work with ANY courier and does not update the customer. App not tracking orders. Worst App and Cumbersome to use. I will not recommend it to anyone. The recent update has made the app even more pathetic. It's not even tracking orders on my website and I have faced a lot of customers complaints. Customer Support is also pathetic
