Helmsly について
Helmsly is an AI customer-support agent built specifically for Shopify. It reads your products, pages, and policies, then handles WISMO questions, returns, refunds, cancellations, and discount requests across chat and email — with caps you set, so the AI never exceeds the rules you'd give a human teammate. You configure per-action limits for refunds, returns, and discounts in your admin, and the AI escalates anything outside them to your inbox.
