Good app, but needs work. We needed a multi-step form, 2 conditions and a few file uploads. The form kept breaking, any select/checkbox items would all get mixed up and break the logic, and the logic itself would break when using the conditions to hide and show fields. The required logic for all other file upload files except for the 1st file upload was ignored, thus the required info was not pro...
