AWIO Improved Contact Form について

Improved Contact Form adds a floating "contact us" button to the corner of each page of your store. Visitor and customers can click it to contact you, and their message will be delivered to your email. Additional widget options to help boost engagement and purchases can be added to your shop in one click, including lead capture forms, promotional banners, coupon popups and social media buttons. Adds a "contact us" button to the corner of each page of your site. Creates a contact page you can link to from your navigation menus. Additional widgets can be installed with no code changes.

Loving it so far, but is it able to insert a file upload? Customers need to send me picture references of their orders and I'm having trouble finding an app that will insert it into my contact form without costing a ton each month. Other than that it's a great tool!

I've put the Contact Form button in all four positions and it doesnt appear anywhere on my Shopify store, neither left up left down right down nor right up.

Please be aware of using this app!!! I have had it installed on my site for months, but recently I've had some irate customers leaving 1 star reviews. It turns out that this app has not been working and I have not been receiving customer emails. This is absolutely unacceptable! FALSE ADVERTISING. The most annoying thing ever is when something is promoted as being free, but you can't even use it unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
