Running a small store means answering the same questions all day: where's my order, how do I return this, is this back in stock. Ernest learns your pages, policies and products, then answers them in your chat widget, no workflows to build. With the customer's confirmation it cancels orders, starts returns and issues refunds, and hands what it can't answer to your team. Before going live, replay past tickets and read every answer. Then it shows the gaps in your store based off of its interactions
