When an order is refunded or cancelled, the restock step is sometimes missed, and your counts drift low while stock you have can't sell. CountHound watches every refund and cancellation, restocks what was missed automatically, and records each correction with its reason and the counts before and after. A nightly reconciliation checks every product for unexplained changes. You get an email per correction and a weekly summary, even when nothing was wrong.
