We like that we can choose the newest/best LLM depending on what we’re optimizing for — quality vs cost — without rebuilding our whole setup. We even tested Grok just to compare tone and speed, and switching models was painless. Combined with proactive sales prompts and ticket handoff, it feels like a sales + support hybrid.

Solid lightweight chatbot. We use it with the latest GPT model and the answers are scary good. The pricing tiers were a bit unclear when I first installed, took me a while to figure out which plan I actually needed. But compared to Tidio its a no brainer for the price. 10/10 would recommend

Honestly idk why anyone is still paying Gorgias prices. They wanted to charge me extra for 'AI automation' that Chaterimo does essentially by default. The app is simple, maybe a bit TOO simple visually, but it works. My customers are getting answers instantly and I'm not waking up to 50 emails.

Confusing pricing at first, but worth it Switched from Gorgias mainly to cut costs. Chaterimo is def way cheaper, but I was pretty confused by the pricing structure in the beginning... didn't really get how the model usage billed vs the app subscription. Love the app itself, super lightweight and doesnt bloat my theme like Tidio did. I took off one star just cuz setting up the Gemini API key was a total headache. Google makes their cloud console so confusing to navigate. Not Chaterimos fault (their guide was ok) but if ur not tech savvy it takes a minute to figure out where to get the keys. Once its connected tho? It flies. Best AI I’ve used.

I would recommend this app to other stores, as it is a great way to implement AI customer service and play with it. No voicebot implementation so far, but its not that important.
