Chatbase について

Chatbase builds an AI agent trained on your Shopify store and your documents, and keeps it in sync as your products change. Shoppers can ask questions, search products by text or photo, add items to the cart, pay with a checkout link or cash on delivery, and track orders, in chat on your store, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. Exchanges are drafted for your team to approve in the Chatbase Helpdesk, where a human agent can also take over any conversation.
