Aditi was an AMAZING support. We needed help urgently and she was open and graceful to respond to our doubts.

— More Nutrition

This connector works really great and helps us ship TikTok Shop orders fast and easy. Also the support team is always ready to help.

— San Saru

A great app backed up by great people. Bhavya has been very helpful and is always available when we need help. If you have a large catalogue and run a TikTok shop, this app is a smart choice. We moved from Silk Connector a couple of months ago and haven’t had any issues. The team supported us with the onboarding, setup, and catalogue migration to ensure everything went smoothly. The ability to...

I've been using the app for TikTok Shop since the very beginning. Aditi and the team are really great and help with anything you need. I highly recommend this app.

Aditi was very helpful and solved the problems in minutes.

Bien pero se nota la barrera del idioma para entenderse.

I've had a great experience with the team, they have been super helpful in find me the right slot to work together on onboarding my store's products. They've been friendly, kind and professional. Also patient with me during the process I'm so grateful.

We’ve been extremely happy with the Shopify app and, in particular, the support we’ve received from Aditi. The app is easy to use, reliable, and has made managing our TikTok Shop much more straightforward. Whenever we’ve had any questions or technical issues, Aditi has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, always going above and beyond to help us find a solution quickly. Her supp...

Extremely Disappointing Experience with CedCommerce TikTok App I’m extremely disappointed with my experience using the CedCommerce TikTok Shop integration app. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app to businesses that depend on accurate product synchronization and responsive customer support. The biggest issue I faced was with product/listing synchronization and data consistency....

Do not pay for the yearly subscription. This app has caused me countless headaches. SKU's will auto sync even when I manually disconnect them and literally change the SKU. So when I'm running a preorder on Shopify, the items will randomly show as in stock on TikTok. This causes me to have to cancel orders, or dispatch them late. Both HUGE issues when it comes to TikTok Shop's strict SLA. Also the...

CED COMMERCE doesn't care about its customers! We pay an exorbitant amount just for VAT, and as soon as a major problem arises, nobody helps us—it's unacceptable! I hope to receive some kind of compensation and assistance soon so I can receive my orders without any problems. Then lie and say the problem is because of Shopify when it's a problem on your end...

CedCommerce was exactly the app my company needed to sync our Shopify catalog to TikTok Shop. With over 3,500 products, we needed a reliable system and strong support team — and on that front, CedCommerce’s Etsy integration has been great. However, our experience with the TikTok team has been disappointing. Communication has been inconsistent, and despite promises of updates, I’ve had to repeated...

While the app itself works fine, I want to warn anyone considering custom work with this company. We’ve spent over $2,000 on custom development that still doesn’t work after months of issues. Their team shows little urgency in resolving the issue and has not offered a refund, even though the work was never completed as promised. The only time we receive quick responses is when a potential sale is...

Support is lacking... Been days since we installed to have a solution. I have contact suppor tmany times and nothing changes, they dont take seriously the support at all. i wa sunable to have all my product online on tiktok. each time they tell me i should of done this and that... always customer fault it seems. I delete it.. they wont see me again

— OCIBEL

Not recommended. 7 of my orders were not synced to my Shopify from May 2025 and I have lost business on Tiktok thanks to their unworkable integration app.I will challenging previous payments made to the company soon via Shopify.

— ALOE WINGS STORE

Rarely works and never syncs properly. Feel like im always waiting on Customer Service. Expensive for what you get. If your trying to sync over products "quick" to link to video or a live just know its not "quick" at all.
