Customer service very unprofessional. I receive totally different response for the same issue, really annoy and frustrating. And I paid over $20/month for this App, not recommend it.

The functionality is good but the support is terrible when things are not working. Support team do not properly investigate issues and advise things are working and tracking when they are not. The free trial was set to roll over to a paid plan when completed and as they did not do so, functionality and services we cut off, they were unable to restore the service, continuing to advise it was workin...

If you wanna lose your google merchant center because of bulk imports, installed this app, that app simply when trial ends pause the sync and when you subcribe in some plan just sync everything making your feed 2,3x bigger of course, causing a repproval, stupid thing, it does happen in a lot of stores of mine.

I’m very satisfied with the support team, but due to the different time zones, our schedules don’t align. The time window in which I can work on and resolve my issues doesn’t match their availability. This creates delays, and it’s becoming difficult to manage. There is a clear need to expand the support team to ensure continuous coverage for customers worldwide. Customer support 5 star!
