The functionality is good but the support is terrible when things are not working. Support team do not properly investigate issues and advise things are working and tracking when they are not. If you wanna lose your google merchant center because of bulk imports, installed this app, that app simply when trial ends pause the sync and when you subcribe in some plan just sync everything making your feed 2,3x bigger of course, causing a repproval, stupid thing, it does happen in a lot of stores of mine.

The time window in which I can work on and resolve my issues doesn’t match their availability. This creates delays, and it’s becoming difficult to manage.
