Yagi Order Cancellable

We've been using Yagi Order Cancellable for several years, and it's been reliable from day one. It does exactly what we need, and we've never had any issues with it. The customer support is excellent. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Highly recommend this app.

This app has reduced the workload for our CX team and increased customer satisfaction by enabling the customer to cancel their order on their own if needed. Axel from support just helped us get set up and was very fast to respond and extremely helpful. They assisted us in some minor personal tweaks. Although we only installed the app today, it appears to fulfill all of our needs.

This app has been a big help to both our customers and our team by giving customers the opportunity to cancel their orders in case of an error on their own time. (We have a small customer care team, so giving customers their own tools is a big boost for us.) Since installing Yagi Order Cancellable, I no longer have to worry about not receiving a customer's email to cancel too late because the order has been fulfilled. The customer can cancel an order on his/her own before the order is fulfilled. The app takes care of cancelling an order, initiating a refund and notifying me of the cancellation. It is great help for me.

We love this app. We requested a new feature and Axel was able to get it pushed out for us fairly quickly. He was so easy to work!
