Configuration via the FAQ made the setup of the connection to Aus Post very easy. A follow up tech setup call provided clear instructions and made the system easy to implement. In addition, some great suggestions on how to optimise the config was appreciated.

Priyanka was incredibly helpful throughout the setup process. She assisted me in configuring all of my shipping zones so that customers around the world can access fair and accurate shipping rates. She was knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
