Ravi de cette application ! Je tiens un petit atelier de cadeaux personnalisés et Sendcloud me permet d'envoyer mes colis à moindre prix, directement depuis mes commandes Shopify. Les étiquettes se créent en quelques clics, je choisis le transporteur qui me convient et je gagne un temps précieux au quotidien. Une application simple et efficace que je recommande à toutes les petites boutiques.

De koppeling tussen Sendcloud en Shopify werkt prima. Wij maken gebruik van de pack & go module, waardoor labels eenvoudig aangemaakt worden adhv een scan van de pakbon. De support van Sendcloud is super. Snel en denken goed mee.

J'utilise Sendcloud pour mes expéditions Mondial Relay. Je trouve l'application très utile, elle me fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Je l'ai trouvé assez simple à prendre en main (pour ce que j'en fais en tout cas).

Die Installation und die Anbindung funktioniert super. Mir gefällt es auch, dass man nach wie vor allen im Sendcloud-Dashboard verwaltet und Funktionen nicht verstreut sind, sondern zentral.

Le logiciel est performant pour une entreprise qui réalise moins de 500 commandes par mois. Dès qu'elle commence à imprimer plus d'une centaine de commandes par jour, il est absolument inexploitable. Les filtres ne fonctionnent pas. Malgré avoir contacté le support, il m'a informé que la recherche par filtre se fait uniquement par bloc de 20 commandes. Si cela est supérieur, la requête expire.

Te ofrecen un plan muy bonito con unas letras pequeñas y aunque le preguntes por ello te dan la razon para que pagues la mensualidad. final de mes te das cuenta de que la tarifa es otra y pagas lo mismo o más que antes. Cuando te quejas te dicen que en el contrato lo ponía, pero cuando le preguntaste en su momento te decían que no era así. Una vergüenza de compañía, muy poco honestos.

Deutlich teurer als der reguläre Kauf von Labels direkt über die DHL. Versand nach NL kostet im Schnitt 14 Euro. SendCloud berechnet 25 Euro. Eigene Labels oder Trackings können nicht hochgeladen werden. Auch nicht mit Vertrag. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und irreführend.

La app es estupenda para enviar tus paquetes. TIene muchas integraciones con carriers; es intuitiva y fácil de usar. Lo malo es que continuamente presenta fallos y tienes que reportarlos para que alguien los corrija. Después de tres años con ellos, solo la sigo usando porque la competencia no ha creado una app mejor.

0 assistance. We paid for a year subscription but finally never used Sendcloud. We asked several time for a refund but still no respond after more than 10 e-mails. For selling they answer at the minute but when you have a problem and ask for help or refund or wathever nobody responds anymore.
