Your storefront chat and your team's Slack assistant, grounded in your live Shopify data. The storefront widget answers product, order, return, and policy questions and builds carts in chat. Signed-in customers can view orders and request cancellations or address changes, gated by your approval. In Slack, your team can refund, cancel, and fulfill orders -- one-click approval by default, optional capped auto-approval, fully audited. Plus @mention queries, briefings, and low-stock alerts.
