Zonos Duty and Tax について

Grow your business globally while avoiding rejected packages. The Zonos Duty and Tax app calculates guaranteed duties, taxes, and fees in your checkout to clearly collect these costs from your shopper (instead of surprising them with costs during delivery). Zonos pays any discrepancies on the customs bill, you only pay exactly what you collect (no reconciliation needed). Includes automated cross-border tax registration/remittance (IOSS, UK VAT, etc.). After spending over $3500 CAD for this app, the second order that goes through didn't charge any tax or fees due to the customer using a discount code on my website. They said they would work on it and it has been almost a week, I can't ship the order for the customer and I can't make a new shipping label either as it is giving error messages.

We will already be paying you Zonos handling fee per transaction, then on top of that, charging for App integration is way too greedy.
