Buggy and unreliable, with almost no customer support. Here are the issues we experienced: Pop-ups wouldn’t work at all — setup only produced a blank screen. Automations couldn’t be set up — constant error messages. Pricing errors — the app repeatedly tried to overcharge me (3x the correct price) until I refreshed. we liked the pay-as-you go model. very few apps like this out there, but this app is very basic and difficult to navigate. doesnt include emoji's to spice things up a bit and doesnt optimize time of day to send so youre left on your own experience. extremely slow to load, unable to initiate a campaign from mobile. And, cant figure out how to fund a campaign. ugg. you want to pay folks, and cannot....
