Doesn't send return instructions once you approve the return. You have to go back and "resend" approval email. Ive contacted them several times and have not fixed the issue.

Leaving a review after 2 months. We patiently waited for 2 months for mere courier integration, as we were asked to do. I connected myself after 2 months, and I am being informed of inability to test a bunch of things for integration like shortage of funds in the account or KYC etc. Where I was informed this will only be a test account, now they added on to the unnecessary requirements.
