The functionality of the app is good. Absolutely terrible service. We had requested a trial and the app wouldn't even load. I spoke to support at their end and was told it was a Shopify issue. Then Shopify reviewed and it was found to be on this apps end. By this stage the 14 day trial had ended and I was yet to even be able to access the app. I was charged $990 USD for an app I can't even use. I wrote to support again asking for them...

The app didn't work for us. It has a bug that messed up quite a lot of our Xero accounting, which will now need to be manually fixed. Customer service takes days to reply and was unable to resolve the issue despite several emails.
