WisWes adds an AI shopping assistant that understands what shoppers mean, not just keywords. It searches your catalog, recommends products, suggests add-ons, and answers shipping and returns questions from your own pages and policies. When a shopper hesitates or starts to leave, WisWes steps in with a timely nudge or offer to win the sale back.
