Excellent app and outstanding support! The DigitalCoo team helped us set up our wholesale registration and approval process, customer-specific pricing, and net payment terms. They are extremely responsive, quick to implement changes, and always willing to help. We're very happy with their service and highly recommend them!

AMAZING. 100/10. I cannot even begin to express my thanks to this team. Their customer service is truly above and beyond. From the beginning they have answered all my questions promptly and assisted me with some small technical adjustments. Recently they helped me resolve an issue very specific to my store. The app works exactly as it should, the user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and th...

We've used WSAIO for years in our wholesale store, the app works flawlessly 99% of the time, and in the few instances we needed some help, the support team was absolutely on top of it. We STRONGLY recommend this app to any store looking to add either wholesale or other price group structures - you'll be happ you did!!

This Wholesale app is very much worth the price given the amount of customization allowed, but beyond that I am very impressed by the support team. In my experience they are always responsive and thorough, and they do a great job breaking down exactly what went wrong and how to fix it or prevent the issue going forward. They are a pleasure to work with and I'm very glad they're here to help. I hav...

— Wiepa Bürofachpartner

This app has been an incredible solution for using basic Shopify for wholesale sales. It covers all the main issues such as pricing, minimums, draft/quote orders, hiding prices, etc. all in one app. I was looking at multiple apps to cover my needs when I found Wholesale All In One. It has made the process of building a wholesale site so much easier and streamlined. The staff have been super helpf...

Quick responses and always helpful! I wish there were a phone line customer service or a live chat to take care of problems faster, but overall, they always take care of the problems.

— J&S Italian Imports

So far after 24 hrs of trying to get things fixed i still cannot use it and thats about 8 hrs of their "tech team" in my system trying to make it work if you have a actual catalog of 50+ items just know it won't work as of now... will change this IF they can fix it but atm at the end of my rope... and they are amazing about getting back to you BUT they "fix something" you verify it...they broke so...

— Reel Lazy Club

Installed the app and uninstalled, and still getting charged with no way to contact them to stop the billing. There is no contact information listed.

— Apple Blossom Kennels

Worst app ever, puts codes a bit everywhere in liquid,,, Mix up the prices, competes with shop so people cannot login,,,, we had only problems,,, even when we hired shopify specialists... I had to learn to code with the help of AI to correct all the shit this app did!!!

— Carousse Distributions

We have been using this app for several years but we will be switching over to a different wholesale app. Do NOT use this app if you want reliable customer service or support. Our discounts have not worked for days and their support team has just stopped responding. They dont have a support chat and so the only way to contact anyone is via email which they dont respond to.

— Prodrome

Used the app since August, 2025. Everything worked well at first, but after a few months of use, the system gradually started to glitch. Discounts are no longer applied reliably, making the behavior unstable and unpredictable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and the failures appear to be completely random, with no way for the user to control or influence the outcome. I did not update o...

I have been using Wholesale - All in One for the past 3 years and have had great experience with them. They provide excellent customer support and have been able to resolve any issue that came up, especially when Shopify changed something.

— Just A Drop Brands

This app works wonders for us. We've had several questions and requests so far and have received help and assistance very fast every time. Developer DigitalCoo is extremely capable and we're very satisfied with this app. 10/10 would install it again.
