This extension allows you to send automated WhatsApp notifications to your customers using Twilio’s API. You can configure messages to be sent for various order statuses, such as order placement, shipment, cancellation, hold, and unhold. This ensures that your customers are kept informed about their orders in real-time, enhancing their shopping experience. Customize notifications for different order statuses using specific templates. Configure and enable/disable messages for various order statuses. Manage message templates to personalize content sent to customers.
