Customer service will answer your emails, but their canned answer is that everything looks good on their end. We have had nothing but issues with the app. If you are thinking of using this for your store, please don't. You will spend countless hours trying to fix the things that this app is supposed to do. We ran through the first auction, without a hitch. Our second auction went off and now the app is canceling every single bidder who won an auction without rhyme or reason. One thing to consider is that the support team is in India and is not available 24/7.
