Manual bookkeeping in e-conomic ends here. Every Shopify order, refund, product, and customer syncs automatically — you decide how sales post. Individual Invoice Mode books one e-conomic invoice per order with full line items, for detailed reporting. Sales Summary Mode posts one daily journal entry per payment method, each with its own revenue and clearing accounts, keeping your ledger clean at any volume. Payments, fees, and payouts book automatically — reconciliation takes care of itself.
