This app broke our checkout flow (confirmed via Claude MCP, and disabling the app immediately fixed the issue). It’s now been over six hours since I last received a response from support, despite sending multiple follow-up messages. Update: adding another star since they eventually fixed it

The app worked for approximately 30 days, but then started glitching and stopped working. Support - which was initially very helpful - wasn't able to resolve in a timely manner. We lost hundreds of dollars in non-applied taxes and had to find an alternative immediately.
