We’ve been using W3 Custom Order Status for a couple of years and, until recently, it worked very well. Unfortunately, today we found a completely unethical surprise, the developers doubled and tripled their pricing without any prior notice or communication. Previously, we paid $6 for up to 5,000 orders, but now that same plan costs $60, and the new $19 plan covers only 300 orders. This is not on...

Does not work with draft orders. If you process your orders while they are in draft before invoicing, this app is not for you.

Tried using the webhooks feature, but it didn’t work as expected. Support was not very patient, which made troubleshooting frustrating. Had to downgrade as a result. Disappointed with the experience.

Sadly, I try use this app, but there is missing a lot of things, such as app demonstration with all settings for test, where we can actually see what this app can offer. Support only via mail, sadly no online support so useless for someone installing app, looking everything white, with no orders test so we can understand what does the app actually do.
