Shopify tracks SKU quantity, not individual units, so buyers can't confirm the item they received is real. TrueTag gives every unit its own serial and QR code, assigned automatically as orders come in or created by you in bulk. Print labels by batch on plain paper or peel-and-stick sheets, free on every plan. A scan shows the item is genuine, the product and any warranty, never buyer details. An AI assistant a buyer asks can check the same code. Pro adds an API for your own software.
