Meta and Google pixels miss real traffic sources like TikTok views, podcast listeners, and word-of-mouth referrals, so ad managers do not show the full picture of what is driving sales. TrueSource asks one simple question on the thank-you page, "How did you hear about us?", and checks each answer against the order's own click and referral data. This gives a verified view of where orders are actually coming from, not just a guess based on pixels or a self-reported answer alone.
