i’ve been using TrackifyX for a while, but the recent experience has been terrible. The app simply hasn't worked for the last few days—it won't load/sync at all. I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but they are completely unavailable. No replies, no updates, nothing. It’s unacceptable to have a broken product and zero support.
