TOTE bridges the gap between the online and in-store shopping experience by focusing on your store’s most valuable—and personal—square footage: the fitting room.Research shows that the majority of in-store purchasing decisions are made in the fitting room and shoppers that make it there are much more likely to buy something. Your customers spend time browsing, scrolling and researching to find your products. Imagine what could happen if they could fill their fitting room with the next click. We love Tote over at Untitled in Motion. We see an increase in appointments every month we continue working with TOTE, and have been able to up or clienteling game ten fold. We find it's helpful to shoot each of our customers a text directly to their phones prior to the appointment to ensure the appointment time/day and cut down on no-shows as well.
