I cannot get the app to sync to my existing TinyEmail account. It keeps creating a new account on install and doesn't keep the existing account logged in no matter how many times I log in. If i refresh the page, it reverts to the account they created automatically during install. Totally useless app. Continously getting error messages during installation. Message always saying they are sorry. Could never instal it, telling me to try again. I tried at least 10 times.

Absolutely horrible experience. They couldn't see any of my customer data from Shopify. We worked on it for a week. They couldn't ever see my customer data from any prior campaigns. They will continuously promise that they will help you, but then they won't actually do anything.
