Please remember to be very careful adding 3rd party apps to your store so the update can go smoothly and you spend your time working on marketing. I was able to easily update my customized Out-of-the-Sandbox theme, which had made me nervous after spending so much money to customize the theme. There was some odd coding left behind on the screen after the AI update, but I reached out to the team, who was able to quickly remove the random code for me. I'm quite pleased with the app and the service.

I had a problem with the backup section of the app and Corey from Out of the Sandbox got the issue addressed right away. That said, it has been the only time their support addressed something right away. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

They say 'It will keep code edits', but it's just not working. There is no such a thing 'keeping custom code' if you custom code your theme. Basically, this app is useless for me.

The updates never go smoothly, it's deleting all my theme customizations (which I payed a lot for) and I can't use the updated theme. Absolutely disgusting company... They file fake DMCA notices to merchants who have paid for their themes. Then shopify takes your store down or holds you hostage until they respond... plot twist, they never respond.
