Works wonderfully, exactly as it should, especially practical is the direct customer activation by email and the possibility to include a file upload in the registration. In contrast to some other plugins of this type, it does not affect the store speed. The only disadvantage is that it can only be operated in one language, hopefully it will become multilingual.

The app is very user friendly and setup is a breeze. The customer service is phenomenal, I received detailed email responses in real-time and they thoroughly understands the needs of their customers. They were able to walk me through use-cases and general utility pointing out what works as well as if there any limitations.

It works as expected. We are currently using it for our wholesale page, as a filter so that only accepted customers can enter to see wholesale prices. I would make improvements in the design, as it is very basic, but it fulfills the function perfectly.

Shocking customer service. Installed the App Friday morning and it killed my site. The app installed, but would not redirect to a sign-up / login (the page just hung) so I uninstalled the app. Unfortunately this did not remove the code it seems as my site is still locked!!! The app works well but they keep charge for the apps after I uninstalled the app. No response from the developer. This is ridiculous.

I have been using this app for quite a while now, and apparently, there is an issue now with my login page. I have sent the customer support already two emails on three different addresses. After more than a week still no reply. Customer support is really really bad!

This app has done everything I needed it to do and more! The thing that puts it over the top is the service! I had an issue that I couldn't figure out and emailed the support late on a Monday Night. I got a response and solution to the problem within a half hour. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that uses Shopify!

From what I heard of the other reviews, your support is good and the app mostly covers the needs or the customers, but there are still a few things missing for me. Brilliant App and is doing everything we need in terms of adding a manual verification process to our site. Legally, we have to limit certain users from seeing certain information on our site and this is app helps us to do that. It would be great to see a Captcha tool implemented as well in the future, so hopefully that's in the pipeline.

I use this app because it is a law requirement for my shop to have my customers registered before making any purchase, the app is super easy to use with everything you could possibly need or fancy, no tricks, no trap, 100% wysiwyg and the support team is super reactive 11/10 would recommend and use again.
