We have been using Contlo for the past two years. While there are other marketing tools with similar features, Contlo stands out because of its excellent customer support - especially our account manager, who has been very supportive and responsive to our queries. If I can provide a negative review I would. I have never seen a more disorganised or casual company. The customer support is pathetic, it took so many days to onboard and the reason given was that the person concerned was laid off. The refund for my amount has been pending a month and after following up, the response given is "What's the hustle here". The worst possible service providers out there...
