Amazing personal support. No AI automation but actual help! Djimi was wonderfull as well as the other collegues as Sufio. For all Belgian Entrepreneurs: Sufio will make your shop PEPPOL certified , which is strangely missing from a default Shopify store

Sufio is BAD for new or migrating merchants (with an order history). Use-Case: Create invoice(s) from a past order(s). Beforehand I checked all the specifications and I contacted Sufio, if my use-case was possible to do. After some chatting, it was confirmed that past orders could be re-synced and then produced. App used to work perfectly fine, but since today we get the error that we have reached our limit even though we should have 45 invoices left according to the app. Support has not responded within 6 hours, the only work around is to upgrade and pay more.... Quite disappointing experience

All questions regarding changes to invoice templates for different countries must be addressed exclusively by emailing support.
