App used to work perfectly fine, but since today we get the error that we have reached our limit even though we should have 45 invoices left according to the app. Support has not responded within 6 hours, the only work around is to upgrade and pay more.... Quite disappointing experience

All questions regarding changes to invoice templates for different countries must be addressed exclusively by emailing support. When an order is canceled in Shopify, Sufio does not change the invoice status to “Canceled.” The only option is to create a credit note, which does not work for our business, since a credit note in this case changes the order status to “Paid,” in Sufio. We have been a happy user of Sufio for many years BUT BEWARE if you export and collect prepaid duty at checkout they cannot show duty as a separate line on the invoice, but do include it in the total. It has meant we need to find another invoicing app that can handle this. updated to **** as support did come back with an unsupported fix which will do for now, many thanks
