This reduces support tickets by answering questions before customers ask them. Includes automatic backup protection that restores everything if accidentally removed. Works exactly as intended and was easy to set up. We are using it to add notes when customers contact customer service and make an order change (preferred delivery date in our case). Previously, we didn't have a way for customers to see that the change had been made since the items on the order remained the same. This would be very helpful for anyone doing custom orders.
