SmartCA: Customer Attribute について

Custormer & Cart Attribute helps you to create additional fields on the customer account registration page, account page and cart page. With this app, you can get the necessary data directly from your customers in an easy way. Place fields on the registration page to know age, preferences and interests and all other information you may need. You can let customers select from available options, type their own text, leave comments, etc... and edit their information anytime. Allow Shop owner to Collect all necessary info about customers. Just what I needed to add more fields in the cart page that used to take up a lot of our time. As the set-up of our delivery is quite different we need this extra steps but also need to make it efficient. This app did this.

I used this app to create some customization for my laser engraved products. Was able to create several fields at checkout to create a better transaction with the information I needed to complete their custom work which created less back and forth with customer after the sale

I love this app because it allows me to customize my checkout screen. It also allows me to collect birthdays for promotions.

Sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn't, there's no rhyme or reason to why and when it will happen. I have had customers not be able to checkout because even though they enter info in a required field, it still won't let them go any farther. Also, conditional attributes sometimes work and sometimes don't. Very frustrating and terrible customer service.
