One of the most important metrics in a business is how much profit your store made. In the simplest term, profit is calculated by subtracting your business expenses from sales revenues. While an online store does a very good job in tracking your sales revenues, it does not track your profit and expenses. Most merchants track profit with spreadsheets which is time consuming. SimplyCost track your store profit automatically so you can focus on other important business tasks. Connect and pull advertising spend from major Ad platforms. Add custom one-off expenses or recurring expenses. Setup processing fees rate for each payment gateway. Setup Shopify transaction fees if your stores are not using Shopify Payments. Could be better - doesn't seem to switch between different shopify sites using this app. which is a problematic if you are running a couple of sites and using Simply Cost. There's no login / log out function with in the app. I hope this can be resolved.

I took the time to update the cost for each item in my store, and the profit margin on the dashboard didn't adjust. Not to mention, they require the margins to be fixed to 0-100% markup, but some industries have a 3-500% markup. This makes their app not useful for all markets.

This app makes it really easy to see what your actual profit margins are. It’s simple to install and the reports are far better than what Shopify gives you.
