An app that does what it needs to do! I can't attest to the texting feature, as I never used it, but calls are relatively clear and loud enough to hear. I needed to port my phone number over from Wix, which was not a simple undertaking, but Shopdigits was helpful and supportive during this process. They spelled out the steps and timeline, and it was exactly as they described. I now have my phone number with Shopdigits on Shopify and am very happy.

I was having high hope about this app but somehow I can hear the person that I call but they cannot hear me. Same when they call me I cannot hear them. I emailed three times but only with one reply asking what version of the app I was using and it the app I just install from the app store. I'm surprise to see a low amount of review on this app since is an amazing app to use I been using this service app for almost a year and never had a problem with the service. I definitely recommend this app specially if you looking to have a business phone number different than your personal number.

Excellent customer service that is very responsive to questions. App is easy to use and works as expected. Very nice feature that allows you to see customer order history when they call. Would highly recommend this app.
